KEO Experience Hotel & Events – Return & Refund Policy

At KEO Experience Hotel & Events, we aim to provide excellent service and a comfortable experience for every guest. This policy outlines the terms regarding booking changes, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Reservation Confirmation
All room reservations and event bookings are confirmed only after full payment or the required deposit has been successfully received.

2. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation under the following conditions:

• 48 hours before check-in: Eligible for a partial refund after administrative deductions.
• Less than 48 hours before check-in: Cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-show: Guests who fail to check in without prior notice will not receive a refund.

3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days depending on the payment method used. Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted.

4. Booking Modifications
Guests may request changes to reservation dates or room type subject to availability. Requests should be made at least 24 hours before check-in.

5. Early Check-Out
Guests who choose to check out earlier than the reserved date may not receive a refund for unused nights.

6. Event Bookings
For events hosted at KEO Experience:

• Deposits made for event reservations are generally non-refundable.
• Event date changes may be allowed if requested in advance and subject to venue availability.

7. Service Concerns
If a guest experiences any issue during their stay, we encourage immediate notification to management so we can resolve the concern promptly.

8. Policy Updates
KEO Experience Hotel & Events reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to reflect operational changes.
