Welcome to KEO Experience Hotel & Events. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our facilities, services, and website. By making a reservation or using our services, guests agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Reservations and Payments
All reservations must be confirmed with full payment or the required deposit. Prices displayed for rooms and services may include applicable service charges or taxes. KEO Experience reserves the right to adjust pricing when necessary.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in time begins from 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
3. Guest Identification
All guests are required to present a valid means of identification during check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if proper identification is not provided.
4. Occupancy Policy
Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests beyond the stated capacity may attract extra charges or may not be permitted depending on the room type.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during their stay. Any activity that causes disturbance, damage to property, or violation of local laws may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
6. Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the guest.
7. Hotel Facilities
Facilities such as the swimming pool, event spaces, and other amenities are available to guests subject to hotel policies and safety guidelines.
8. Personal Belongings
KEO Experience Hotel & Events is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the property. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables.
9. Smoking Policy
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking in restricted areas may attract cleaning or penalty charges.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations and refund requests are handled in accordance with the KEO Experience Return & Refund Policy.
11. Event Bookings
Event reservations require advance payment or deposit. Event dates, services, and arrangements must be confirmed in advance with management.
12. Changes to Terms
KEO Experience Hotel & Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
